Hold the angle grinder with one hand on the main handle
(housing) and the other hand firmly gripping the auxiliary handle.

Only use abrasives specifically designed for this task.

Always position the guard so that as much of the exposed disc as
possible is pointing away from you. Be prepared for a stream of
sparks when the disc touches the metal.

For best tool control, material removal and minimum overloading,
maintain an angle between the disc and work surface of
approximately 15-30º.

Exert light pressure on abrasive discs for efficient operation.
Pushing too hard will cause a drop in speed and may result in
motor overload and damage.

During the break-in period with a new wheel, do not work the
grinder in forward direction or it may cut into the work piece.

           IBL AG10-70|72|92

WARNING!

Never twist or force the tool. Forcing and excessive

pressure could cause dangerous wheel breakage.

Never bang or hit the disc or wheel onto the work.

Do not use a deformed or cracked disc. Replace it with a new one.

Never switch on the tool when it is in contact with the work piece,

it may cause an injury to the operator.

Refer page no. 6 and 7 for the specific instructions before
operating the tool.

GRINDING

15-30º

Be cautious when working into
corners as contact with the
intersecting surface may cause
the grinder to jump or twist.

When grinding is complete
allow the work piece to cool.
Do not touch the hot surface
with bare hands.
