Tool should be kept clean, especially its air vents.
Keep the
tool and ventilation slots (air vents) clean and free from
obstructions. If available, blow compressed air into the vents to
clear any internal dust (safety goggles must be worn when
undertaking this process). Accumulation of dust in the motor or
on the base may cause a malfunction of the tool.
Do not use water or chemical cleaners to clean your tool.
Wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
Cleaning the guard;
When accumulation of dust or chips on the
guard looks excessive, loosen the screw and remove the cover.
Wash off accumulation of dust inside and reinstall it.
For storage
, we recommend using the original package for
covering the product or a suitable means to protect it against
dust.
This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by
the consumer.
Contact an authorised service centre or a similarly
qualified person to have it checked and repaired.
The angle grinder requires no additional lubrication. Before and
after each use, check the product and accessories (or attachments)
for wear and damage.
Inspecting the rotating accessory;
Check the wheel or disc
carefully for cracks or damage before and after each use.
Continuing to use a dull disc may cause a dangerous kickback
and/or motor overload. Dressing could be suitable or replace with
a new disc as soon as it no longer works effectively.
Inspecting the supply cord
; Do not pull or carry the tool by the
electric cord or allow its contact with edges, sharp elements,
rough surfaces, oil or chemicals that may damage its flexible and
insulating properties. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard
