B.8  OPERARE CON LA
GRU

B.8.1 AVVIAMENTO DELLA
GRU

1.  Prima di operare con la gru portare il
motore al regime di rotazione
consigliato dall’installatore. Spingere la
frizione ed innestare la presa di forza;
lasciare gradualmente la frizione.

Non accelerare mai, con la presa di
forza inserita, oltre il regime di rotazione
consigliato dall’installatore in quanto si
possono provocare rotture della presa
di forza e realizzare velocità operative
della gru superiori a quelle considerate
nella verifica strutturale della macchina.

La gru che opera a velocità

superiori a quelle di progetto può
causare pericolosi incidenti e ha un
superiore pericolo di rottura a fatica.

2. Per gru CE, dare alimentazione
all'impianto elettrico della macchina.

Ora la gru può essere movimentata

B.8 OPERATING

WITH

THE CRANE

B.8.1 START UP OPERATION

1. Take the engine to the speed
recommended by the installer after
crane operations. Push the clutch and
engage the power take-off; release the
clutch gradually.

Never accelerate over the speed
recommended with the power take-off
engaged because the power take-off
might break and the operational speed
of the crane would exceed the speed
considered for the structural test on the
machine.

Operating the crane at a speed

exceeding the rated one might cause
a serious accident and the risk of
breakage due to fatigue is higher.

2. For EC cranes, feed the electric
installation of the crane.

The crane is now ready for operation.

B.8 BEDIENEN

DES

KRANS

B.8.1 STARTEN DES KRANS

1.  Vor dem Kranarbeiten den Motor auf
den vom Installateur empfohlenen
Drehzahlbereich hochfahren. Die
Kupplung einschalten und die Zapfwelle
anschalten. Die Kupplung schrittweise
loslassen.
Bei eingeschalteter Zapfwelle niemals
über den vom Installateur empfohlenen
Drehzahlbereich beschleunigen, da
dadurch die Zapfwelle brechen kann
und Betriebsgeschwindigkeiten erzeugt
werden, die über denen liegen, die bei
der Strukturprüfung der Maschine
berücksichtigt wurden.

Der Kran, der bei einer

höheren Geschwindigkeit als der des
Projektes betätigt wird, kann Unfälle
verursachen und weist darüber
hinaus eine größere Ermüdungs-
bruchgefahr auf.

2. Für EG Kräne, die elektrische
Anlage des Krans einschalten.

Jetzt ist der Kran betriebsbereit.
