that can be used within a measuring range of 0.05 to 0.5 mg/l ClO

Compare with display on control unit.
Volume flow Check flow measure
– a flow of 200 l/h must be set. The value
must be adjusted by means of the membrane valve if there is any
deviation.
Operation pressure The display at the pressure gauge must show a value between 2
and 6 bar under operation conditions.
The local pressure increase system and/or the pressure reduction
unit (if existing) must be checked if there is any deviation.

The tub must be replaced asap after pre-empty record (see display
control unit).
An empty tub causes a failure record and the plant is stopped
automatically.
A replacement of the respective tub is absolutely necessary to
guarantee a further perfect operation.
Operation display control unit The operation display for the control unit in operation is according
to chapter VII / point 4.3.
Plant leakage Visual inspection and control of total plant:
- Pipe connection to dosing pumps
- Intake lance connections
- Leakage in chemical collection tanks
- Reactor cabinet (connections and fittings at reactor)
Inspection of external units Water meter (flow).
Drinking water tank (filling level control).
Regular information about:
- Water quality
- Pressure conditions,
of the feed (mains) water to be treated is a condition for a perfect and trouble-free operation of
the plant.
Modifications of feed water quality possibly require different programming that may be carried
out by our service personnel only.
