5. Dismounting of measuring probe
1 = Measuring fitting
2 = Membrane valve
3 = Discharge ball cock
A = Screw connection cable
B = Screw measuring fitting
C = Insert nozzle

The plant must be switched-off by pre
ssing the button “Off” on the control board and
the switch moved to the off position.

The isolation valve in water feed and membrane valve after ClO
2
measurement assembly must
be closed.

Open the discharge ball cock to release the pressure.

Screw connection A must be released and the cable removed.

Screw connection B must be released and the probe insert nozzle pulled out.
6
The probe must be unscrewed from the probe insert nozzle C and removed.
For re-installation of probe repeat steps above in reverse order.
All screw connections must be closed and tightened again, the stop fittings opened and the plant re-
started by turning the switch to on and pressing the green on button.
