Checking the scope of delivery

Upon receiving the VMU check it for any damage. The VMU may not be set
up and installed unless it is in perfect order. Any damage in transit is to be
reported to the forwarding agent or the department in charge immediately;
the unit may not be commissioned until this damage is properly remedied.
