CONTROLLO CANDELA
Se la candela di serie deve
essere sostituita, è importante
che la nuova abbia lo stesso
grado termico e la medesima
lunghezza di filettatura.
Esatto grado termico:
La punta dell'isolante è secca ed
il colore è marrone chiaro o
grigio.
Grado termico elevato:
La punta dell'isolante è secca e
coperta da incrostazioni scure.
Grado termico basso:
La candela si è surriscaldata e la
punta dell'isolante è vetrosa e di
colore bianco o grigio.
Controllare la distanza tra gli
elettrodi con uno spessimetro.
Regolare la distanza “A” a
seconda del tipo di candela,
come indicato a pag. 26.
Una distanza maggiore può
causare difficoltà di avviamento e
sovraccarico della bobina.
SPARK PLUG CHECK
If standard spark plug is to be
replaced, it is important that
new spark plug have the same
heat range and thread length.
Correct heat grade:
The tip of the insulator should be
dry and the colour should be light
brown or grey.
High heat grade:
In this case, the insulator tip is
dry and covered with dark
deposits.
Low heat grade:
In this case, the spark plug is
overheated and insulator tip is
vitreous, white or grey in colour.
Check distance between
electrodes using a thickness
gauge, and adjust distance “A”
according to the type of spark
plug, as shown on page 26.
A wider gap may cause
difficulties in starting engine and
in overloading coil.
CONTROLE DE LA BOUGIE
Si la bougie de série doit être
remplacée, il est important que la
nouvelle ait le même degré
thermique et la même longueur
de filetage.
Degré thérmique exact:
La pointe de l’isolant est sèche et
sa couleur est marron clair ou
gris.
Degré thérmique élevé:
La pointe de l’isolant est sèche et
couverte d’incrustations foncées.
Degré thérmique bas:
La bougie est surchauffée, la
pointe de l’isolant est vitreuse et
de couleur blanche ou grise.
Régler la distance “A” à
selon le type de bougie et
d’après les instructions données
à la page 26.
Une distance supérieure peut
entraîner des difficultés de
démarrage et de surcharge de la
bobine.
KERZENKONTROLLE
Wenn die Serienkerze
ausgewechselt werden muss, ist
es wichtig, dass die neue
denselben Wärmegrad und
dieselbe Gewindelänge hat.
Exakter Wärmegrad:
Die Spitze des Isolierstoffes ist
trocken, und die Farbe ist
hellbraun oder grau.
Hoher Wärmegrad:
Die Spitze des Isolierstoffes ist
trocken und von dunklen
Verkrustungen bedeckt.
Niedriger Wärmegrad:
Die Kerze hat sich überhitzt, un
die Spitze des Isolierstoffes ist
glasig und hat eine weisse oder
graue Farbe.
Das Abstand “A” je nach
Kerzentyp einstellen, wie auf Seite
27 angegeben.
Eine grössere Entfernung kann
Anlasschwierigkeiten und
Überbelastung der Spule
verursachen.
