- A line or screw connection in the
hydraulic system is faulty.

Have the line / screw connection replaced
in a specialist workshop.

- A screw connection in the hydraulic
system is loose.

Tighten the screw connection.

The telescopic cylinder cannot be
(completely) extended.

- The quantity of oil supplied is too low.

Check the oil level of your towing vehicle.
Top up oil if required.

- The oil is too viscous and too cold.

- Ensure that the oil has the requisite
operating temperature and viscosity.

- The oil pressure in the system is too low. Check that sufficient oil pressure is

generated by the towing vehicle.

Check that there are no oil leaks, e.g.
cracked hoses, leaky connection points.
