4.48 Why do the photos I take with flash on have color
cast?

You may have covered the camera or flash with your hand or your phone's leather case
or screen protective film, resulting in unclear images and color cast (an obvious tint of
blue or yellow). To solve the problem, remove the obstructing object from the camera or
flash.

The colors of the photo taken with flash on are inconsistent with the colors of the photo
taken with flash off. The photo taken with flash on has a deeper tint of yellow, because a
light source with a different color temperature appears in addition to the existing ambient
light source when the flash is on. This is normal. You may need to update your phone to
the latest version.

Try restoring to the default settings.

You may have made the protective lens of the camera or flash dirty that reflects certain
lights, making the photos look glary and foggy. Remove your phone's PC cover and wipe
the lens with a cleaning cloth.
If the problem persists after you have wiped the lens clean, please use a PC cover purchased from
Huawei's online store.
4.49 Why is the focusing slow when I take photos in
all-focus mode?
When you use the rear camera to take photos in all-focus mode, your phone takes a photo at
each focal length to enable you to change the focus position by touching the photo.
