On the simple home screen, touch Add to add an app to the home screen; press and hold the
screen until your phone vibrates, and then touch to delete the corresponding app

The lock feature in the task manager only stops the phone from closing apps in your current
session. If you restart your phone, all apps are unlocked again and can be closed by your
phone. This feature is different to the permanent lock feature available in some third-party
phone manager apps.
