10.4 What can I do if I can't connect to the server when
refreshing my emails?

1.

Check the network connection status and set APN to CMNET.

2.

Wait for a while and then refresh the emails because the email server may be busy.

10.5 Why can't I send or receive SMSs?

1.

Use another phone to check whether the problem is caused by the card.

2.

Make sure the number of the SMS center, which can be obtained from the carrier, is
correct.

Your phone reception may be poor. Take your phone to a place with good reception and
try again.

You may be experiencing a network rush. Wait a while and try again.

Make sure the recipient's phone number is correct.

10.6 Why did my phone send a message to an unknown
number?

The messages that are sent by a third-party app not pre-installed on your phone will be
recorded and can be viewed on the messaging screen. You can determine whether the
third-party app causes security risks by viewing the message content.

10.7 What can I do if an SMS receiving/sending exception
occurs after I installed a third-party security app on my
phone?

The Android 4.4 system is added with a new feature to restrict the usage permission of a
non-default messaging app. It is recommended that you use the default messaging app for
receiving/sending SMSs. Go to
