13.130 Why are the Touchplus shortcuts on my phone not
responsive?
For a better user experience, please hold your phone in your palm while using Touchplus.
We plan to release a fix for this issue in future updates.
13.131 Why are recent apps not displayed when I touch the
Touchplus Recent key?
If the Recent key doesn't show recent apps, please go to Settings > All > Smart assistance >
Touchplus and disable Film navigation keys .
1. Once the virtual navigation bar appears, you can touch the Recent key to view recent
apps.
2. Enable Film navigation keys at a later date then use the Touchplus Recent key.
13.132 Why is the Touchplus film slightly smaller than the
phone screen?
The film is designed to be slightly smaller than the phone screen. This prevents the corners
from protruding if it is not aligned properly. It is strongly recommended that film applicator is
used to apply the film.
13.133 Why are there only a few switches in the shortcut
menu?
There are lots of shortcut switches in the shortcut menu after your swipe down from the status
bar but by default only nine are displayed in three rows of three. You can swipe upwards to
display the other hidden switches. If you want to move frequently-used switches into the top
three rows where they are visible, you can touch the edit button at the bottom of the shortcut
menu.
13.134 When I double-touch the upper right Touchplus
shortcut, why does it sometimes not respond?
Of the five shortcuts, the three shortcuts at the bottom of the phone are the most responsive,
followed by the upper left shortcut; the upper right shortcut is the least responsive.
If the Touchplus film is not properly aligned, its sensitivity may be greatly reduced. When
applying your film, it is recommended that you use an applicator and follow the instructions
on the back of the packaging.
