9.37 Why is the square frame surrounding the rear camera
slightly askew?

The square frame is printed onto the glass and cannot come loose. Please rest assured that all
Huawei phones must pass stringent quality checks before they are shipped.

If you still have any doubts about your phone, go to an authorized Huawei service center for
inspection.

9.38 Why does my phone's rear cover bend inward when
pressed down?

Phone batteries can vary slightly in thickness depending on their state of charge. In the
interest of safety, a safety gap was intentionally left between the phone battery and the rear
cover. As a result, if the rear cover is pressed down, there will be some movement, but this is
entirely normal. Please rest assured that all Huawei phones must pass stringent quality checks
before they are shipped.

If there are no other functional problems, this issue does not fall within the scope of the warranty.
