5.74 Why do contacts from IM apps such as WeChat
appear as separate contacts?
You can sync contacts from IM apps such as WeChat to your contacts list. However, due to
the limitations of the merging algorithm, WeChat contacts can't be merged with your phone
contacts. You can prevent your phone from syncing IM contacts to your contact list by going
to
Contacts > Menu > Settings and disabling Show IM Account Information .
5.75 Why can't I select the SIM card for making calls?
Check whether you have installed third-party contact software such as 360 Phone Manager.
The attached keyboard doesn't support dual-card dialing. As a result, you can't select a SIM
card for making calls. You can uninstall the software to solve this problem.
5.76 Why can't I receive calls even when the signal
strength is strong?
Try following the steps below:
1. Check whether you set up a call blacklist by going to the Harassment Filter in Phone
Manager .
2. 4G networks only support mobile data. Calls require the use of 2G or 3G networks.
3. If the screen has been off for a long time, turn on the screen and immediately look at the
signal bar. Check whether the phone disconnected from the network when in standby.
4. Check whether your phone is out of credit. If not, restart your phone and see if you can
receive calls.
5.77 Why does my phone end a call if I press the power
button during the call?
You can disable the call ending by pressing the power button function. To address this
problem, go to Settings > All > Accessibility > Power button ends call to disable this
function.
5.78 Why does my phone vibrate when I answer a call?
This is a friendly reminder for call connection. Temporarily you can't set this function.
