Troubleshooting when using the StoreOnce
GUI
When you use the StoreOnce GUI to carry out storage management tasks, all validation that the
StoreOnce 5500 System is in the correct state to create volumes and expand the file system is carried out
during the
Scan for Storage
stage.
Any problems that are found are reported with Diagnostic messages and the buttons on the
Storage
Management
page are greyed out until the problem is resolved. Follow the recommendation in the
Diagnostic message to remedy the problem and then scan for storage again.
