Recommended action

•

(1) Confirm the serial number of the disk array system using Storage Management Software
and type a proper serial number, user name, and password in the Add Storage dialog boxes
for registration of disk array systems.

(2) Confirm that the instance of RAID Manager specified by the hiRaidcomX configuration
file is started.

•

(3) In the case of the Ext Stor configuration or HA configuration, do not describe
HORCM_VCMD in the HORCM CONF configuration file.
