Alternativ
ely

the

ter
that

ou
are
maintaining
is
the
only
ph
ysical
prin
ter
asso
ciated
with
the
queue,

ou
can
disable
the
logical
prin
ter
or
prin
ters
that
send
jobs
to
the
queue.
Then,
y
ou
can
let
all
the
jobs
in
the
queue
nish
prin
ting
on
the
ph
ysical
prin
ter
b efore
y
ou
disable
it.
Disabling
the
logical
prin
ter
also
prev
en
ts
new
jobs
from
b eing
queued
while
y
ou
p erform
prin
ter
maintenance.
Y

can
use
the
message
attribute
of
one
or
more
logical
prin
ters
that
send
jobs
to
the
ph
ysical
prin
ter
to
notify
the
users
that
the
ph
ysical
prin
ter
is
out
of
service.
