2. Remove the board from the computer (2). The board is secured with adhesive.
To replace the BIOS board, reverse the removal procedures. Run the camera function test after the repair. For
more information, see Basic camera function test on page 30 .
Pogo connectors and cables
The computer includes two different pogo connectors so that the user can connect a keyboard and orient the
display in either portrait or landscape mode. To remove the pogo connectors and cables, use these
procedures and illustrations.

Before removing the pogo connectors and cables, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 29 ).
2. Remove the display assembly (see Display assembly on page 30 ).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 44 ).
Remove the pogo connectors and cables:
1. Disconnect the pogo cable from the ZIF connector on the system board (1).
2. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (2) that secure the pogo connector to the computer.
