Anti-twist lock
The PTO-shaft speed should not be chosen too high. This would result in increased
oil temperature.
Depending on the fertiliser quantity, a speed of 700 rpm may be quite adequate.
When sowing sugar beet without fertiliser, 500 rpm may already be enough.
Once the required fan speeds have been set, one should reduce the PTO-shaft
speed, until the fan speed starts to drop.
Now raise the PTO-shaft speed again by approx. 10%.
Function The two PTO-shaft pumps power the hydraulic motors for the fans.
The flow control valves (1 / 2) are used to regulate the oil flow and thus the fan
speed.
The oil in the return flow is guided through the cooler and a filter back into the oil
tank.
Fan speed adjustment The rotational speeds for both fans are adjusted with a hand wheel.

Due to the additional cooling function, the fertiliser fan must always run at min.
3000 rpm.
The fan for the metering system fan can be regulated to lower the speed for differ-
ent seed types.
