Folding

Hitch the machine.

Fold in the railing on the catwalk.

Turn the selector ball valve handle for the
SOD Fan to FOLD/UNFOLD position. This
MUST be performed prior to any further
function of the folding process to prevent
any possible machine damage or personal
injury!

Lift the machine until the symbols for unfold-
ing/folding change to black.

Remove the aluminium clips from the support
wheels. (Europe only)

Switch on the hydraulic “Folding” function
in the display.
The warning reminds you of the railing
on the catwalk.
The railing must be folded to transport position,
before folding the wings in. Otherwise the
wings or the railing may be damaged.

The machine must be folded in at standstill
or at a speed of less than 2 mph.

If the speed is exceeded when switching on
the folding menu, this notice will appear.

The folding menu will only be enabled at
a speed of less than 2 mph.

If the folding process “Unfold or fold” is aborted,
this warning will be displayed for a few seconds.
The warning will remind you that the transport
width will not be correct if the folding process
is aborted. You should therefore not drive on
public roads.
The folding process must be repeated or, in
case of fault, manually completed in the “Ser-
vice” menu.
