Folding the Maestro 24 SW
The Maestro 24 SW comes with its own menu
for the folding process in the E-Manager control.
The menu guides you automatically through the
folding process.
fold in the railing on the catwalk by hand.
First unlock the rear locking bolt, then the one
at the front.
Fold the upper part of the railing in by hand.
Also check to make sure tank lids are closed
and latched before folding.


Hitch the machine.

Switch on the E-Manager and select hydrau-
lics “Lift” in the display.

Lift the machine.

Switch on the hydraulic “Wing” function in the
display.

Fold in the wings against the end stops.
The row unit pressure cylinders will also
retract.
Operate the control unit until all parts have
reached end stop position.

Fill the hydraulic cylinders on the undercar-
riage with spacers (80 mm) (transportation
support for road travel).

Lower the machine onto the transportation
support of the hydraulic cylinders.

secure the control units.
Unfolding
Unfold the machine in reverse order.

