Increase the speed
Toggle  and  Release:  toggle  once  to
increase speed by 5 km/h.
Toggle  and  Hold:  After  the  system

Decrease the speed
Toggle  and  release:  toggle  once  to
decrease speed by 5 km/h.

Note:  When  toggling  and  releasing,  if
