S/A and R/A temperature readings are
reversed. R/H reading is incorrect.
The sensors are reversed.
Reinstall the return and supply air sensors
into the correct ducts.
Handheld Programmer Problems
Keys do not enter information.
The W8710A is trying to send alert report.
The W8710A is locked up.
Wait until report is sent or briefly press the
Clear button to remove the fault.
Unplug the Handheld Programmer, turn the
power slide switch off and then on.
Display reads, No Communication
Error Loc 1.
Handheld Programmer was plugged into
circuit board before monitor was turned on.
Handheld Programmer was plugged in when
power slide switch was turned off and then
on.
Return air sensor was unplugged and then
connected to the circuit board.
24V not available to the unit and battery is
low.
Loose, damaged or Handheld Programmer
cable RJ45 connector ends.
Unplug Handheld Programmer, turn off
W8710A, wait ten seconds and then turn
the switch back on. Allow time to reboot
and then plug in the tech pad.
Check for 24V from Furn/AHU.
Unplug cord from Handheld Programmer
and inspect and clean the RJ45 plugs.
Reconnect to the Handheld Programmer.
