FSK 2
FSK 2
(also called
FSK 6
) is a 10-character reporting
format whose first six characters represent the subscriber's
Account Number
and the remaining four characters indicate
its
Premises Code.
When the CP-220A receives the
FSK 2
format, it displays the subscriber's
Account Number
and the
English language messages corresponding to each of these
codes. These messages are derived by breaking the 4-digit
Premises Code
into four distinct columns of data. The
following breakdown summarizes how the
Premises Code
is
formulated.
SILENT KNIGHT FSK 2
PREMISES CODE
1st DIGIT
2nd DIGIT
3rd DIGIT
4th DIGIT
EVENT CODE
CONDITION
CODE
ZONE CODE
In its display, the CP-220A will produce the English
language equivalents for the
Event Code,
the
Condition
Code,
and the numeric value of the two-digit
Zone Code.
As with
FSK 1,
these codes and their resulting messages
are dedicated to the
FSK 2
format and cannot be changed
by re-programming.
The following table can be used to determine the English
language produced by the CP-220A for the 4-character
FSK 2 Premises Code.
Because these codes are variable,
you must match the
Event Code,
the
Condition Code,
and
the
Zone Code
to determine the English language message
that will be displayed and/or printed. Examples follow
below the table.
