Choose the mounting orientation of your A3S3. The orientation in the picture should look as same as yours.

You can disable the gyro separately for each channel.
[2] Gyro Direction
Reverse the gyro if it reacts in opposite direction.
[3] Gain Settings
Adjust the gain of each axis for each flight mode.
