Engine alternator / charge controller: 

In case of low system voltage, turn the engine 
off and check the fuse for the battery charge 
controller. It is located behind the left side 
cover of the MFU at the rear of the panel 
housing. 

 

Type: 20 Ampere automotive fuse 

 

 

 

A blown fuse is identified  
by a molten wire inside 
the fuse body.

Electrical troubleshooting 

For reliability and durability, the electrical system is as simple and robust as possible. There 
is no electronics; all switching devices are water- and dust protected. In case of electrical

ATTENTION

 

Before closing the box, lubricate the seal with silicone 
grease and pay attention to correct fit of the cover. 

DANGER !

 

  Replace defective fuses only with those of same type 

and amperage. Stronger fuses or shorting can 
damage the electrical system. 

 

  Before checking the fuses or opening the switch box, 

turn off the ignition. 

 

  Disconnect the negative terminal at the battery before 

working at the electrical system. 

 

If a replaced fuse blows again, there is most likely a fault in the system or the 
connected load (power outlet). Try to find and fix the problem before trying 
again. 

Inside the switch box (left to right): 

F1 : 15 Ampere automotive fuse for electrical control. 

F2 : 15 Ampere automotive fuse for 12 Volt power outlet. 

F3 : 10 Ampere automotive fuse for LED lighting (optional).
