Searching for a programme or a non-recorded (blank) section

Controls

TV Screen

Insert a cassette recorded on this VCR.
The VCR will automatically turn on, the tape
indicator will light in the VCR display, and the
TAPE NAVIGATION button will flash.

Press the TAPE NAVIGATION

on the VCR or NAVI

button on the remote control.
The TAPE NAVI menu will appear on the TV
screen.

If you want the VCR to stop at the beginning of a
non-recorded tape (REMAIN) or blank section

Select the non-recorded tape (REMAIN) or blank
section (BLANK) and press the stop

button.

The screen will show non-recorded tape or a blank
section in the TAPE NAVI menu.

the beginning of the selected
programme, before starting
playback

Select the programme and
press the stop

button.

The searching stop menu will
appear on the TV screen. When

the beginning of the programme is located, the
VCR will stop automatically.

Select the blank section (REMAIN) and press the
