In the CAA DTUtil Extern libraries, GeTimeZoneInformation and SetTimeZoneInformation are not supported.

Following example is in FBD language. Choose [Insert Box] in [FBD/LD/IL] menu and GetDateAndTime or

SetDateAndTime as shown below.
