Set the starter key to the "ON" position.

Use the electrical tester to measure the voltage between the termi-
nals of the intake throttle valve position sensor 1 vehicle side con-
nector.

terminals of the diesel throttle (intake throttle valve) position sen-
sor 1 vehicle side connector.
