Exicor GEN5 User Manual

Scan Statistics

Clicking on the

Statistics

button in the Exicor main window opens the Statistics

dialog box, shown Figure 4.28.

Figure 4.28 Statistics Dialog Box

The upper section of the window shows the statistics for the whole scan. If you have
selected a region of the scan data with the mouse, the lower section displays
statistics for only the selected data points.
Click on

Close

to close the Statistics dialog box.
