CPR Malfunction

1. Check the mechanics of the backrest. From the underside of the backrest,

make sure that the mounting hardware is not damaged or missing from
either the release handle or the backrest actuator.
Is all hardware present and not damaged?

Yes





Replace the hardware as needed.

2. Check that the release cable is not broken or damaged.

The cable is intact?

Yes





Replace the release cable.

3. Make sure that the cable is adjusted correctly (backrest lowers correctly).

The cable is adjusted correctly.

Yes





Adjust the backrest cable. (See “Adjustment” on page 4-10.)

4. Replace the backrest motor. Does the problem continue?

Yes





Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-6.
