4. Dispensing nozzle is
broken. Replace a new dispensing nozzle.
5. Filter of dispensing nozzle
is block. Clean the filter assembly.
6. Filter of manifold is block.
Please exhaust inner pressure
before disassembly for safety. Clean the filter assembly.
6. Heating hose is block.
(Take out heating hose
from manifold to see if glue
can
be flowed from
manifold.)
Replace a new heating hose or send
it back to us for professional
maintenance.
7. Bypass valve is opened
fully. Adjust bypass valve with proper
pressure.
8. Motor or gear box is block. Replace a new motor or gear box.
9. Chain of motor comes off. Replace a new chain or adjust
length of chain.
10. Gear pump is block. Disassemble and inspect the gear
pump. If it is broken, please replace
a new gear pump.
11. O-ring of glue pipe is
broken.
Replace a new one.
12. Shaft comes off from the
gear. Replace a new gear pump.
1. Low speed of motor. Adjust inverter to increase speed.
2. Adhesive inside melting
tank is not melted
completely. Wait for adhesive being melted
completely or increase temperature.
3. Bypass valve is opened
fully. Clockwise adjust the bypass valve
(Do not tighten the valve totally)
4. Temperature of heating
hose is too low to operate. Increase temperature.
5. Nozzle tip is block. Clean nozzle tip.
6. The glue flow cannot be
stopped, due to the gap
between needle valve and
lower cover is too
big.(needle valve is
damaged) Replace a new dispensing nozzle.
7. Filter of dispensing nozzle
is block. Clean filter assembly.
Less glue amount
8. Filter of manifold is block. Clean filter assembly.
