2-5 PREPARATIONS BRFORE OPERATION

1.

LOAD CLEAN AND DRY HOT MELT
ADHESIVE INTO MELTING TANK.

1)

MAKE SURE THERE IS NO MOISTURE
INSIDE TANK BEFORE LOADING
POLYURETHANE.

2)

PLEASE CLEAN MELTING TANK,
GEAR PUMP, HEATING HOSE AND
DISPENSING NOZZLE BY CLEANING
SOLVENT AFTER USING
POLYURETHANE.

2.

CLOSE TANK LID IMMEDIATELY TO
PREVENT IMPURITIES FALLING INTO
TANK.

3.

Connect the air source to dispensing nozzle and
adjust the air pressure to 2.5~3 kg/cm²

4.

Turn on the external power supply.
