CHAPTER 2 OPERATION INSTRUCTION
2.1 INTRODUCTION
This chapter is to introduce electrical function on control panel of HS1102S, preparations
before operation, operation procedure and how to load and change hot melt adhesive.
2.2 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1) Always wear the protective glasses, clothing and heat-resistant gloves to avoid being
burned by hot surface of components or molten glue
2) It may some potential voltage in joint between heating hose and dispensing nozzle, hence
only qualified people can operate and maintain this applicator.
3) Do not touch the surface of dispensing nozzle assembly to prevent from being burned by
high temperature surface or molten adhesive.
