The basket rest, on the rear shroud of the fryer, should be removed and cleaned
periodically.

Grasp basket rest with 2 hands; lift and pull off the studs.

Wash rest in a sink with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.

Clean the area behind the basket rest and then reinstall it.
