Warranty
Our products are manufactured with utmost care and are of excellent quality. All VDL Hapro products
are produced in accordance with all relevant national and international standards.
Your new roof tent comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
Within the warranty period, all material and/or construction defects will be repaired free of charge or,
at our discretion, the product will be replaced. For warranty issues, please contact your dealer.
When submitting a warranty claim, you must include the original invoice. If the invoice has been
altered or rendered illegible in any way, the warranty will lapse.
National regulations regarding product warranties supersede these warranty provisions.
Excluded from warranty
• Products from which the type number, serial number and/or other identifying information has
been removed, damaged or altered.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Changes to the appearance that do not affect the tent’s functionality (e.g. discolouration of tent
fabric, plastic windows and/or box lid).
• Damage resulting from improper use, rough handling or rough transport and inadequate mainte-
nance.
• Damage resulting from the use of non-original or improper accessories.
• Damage resulting from repairs and/or modifications by a repairer not approved by VDL Hapro.
• Damage caused by fire, storm, lightning, earthquake or other force majeure events.
