The column labelled ”Today's Operation” shows how the scenario is set up to work today.
Possible values are:
“Closed” – the scenario has been closed by the administrator
“None” – the scenario is open but no access is allowed today
“Club Controlled” – the scenario is open and normal users can control the scenario
during the time period shown in the “Today’s Times” column
“Timer” – the scenarios is open and will automatically be turned on and off at the
times shown in the “Today’s Times” column
“Today’s Times” and the mode of operation “Club Controlled” or “Timer” for each scenario and
for each day of the week are set by the administrator. To set them, simply click on the
“Today’s Times” displayed value for the scenario you want to change. This will bring up a new
window:
To set “On” and “Off” times for the scenario on a particular day of the week, simply enter the
desired On and Off times in the appropriate row.
To select the “Operation” mode for the scenario on a particular day of the week, select “Club
controlled” or “Timer” in the “Operation” column in the appropriate row.
Click on “Save” button to keep your changes or on the “Cancel” button
NOTES:
In “Club controlled” mode the “On” and the “Off” times define the period during which
normal users can control the lights
In “Timer” mode the scenario will automatically turn the lights on at the “On” time and
turn it off at the “Off” time
“Club controlled” and “Timer” modes can be used in the same scenario for different
days of the week
0:00 - 0:00 means no operation is allowed
0:00 - 24:00 means the whole day
an “Off” time smaller than an “On” time signifies the next day, e.g. 19:00 - 03:00
means 7PM to 3AM the next day
Changing “On” and “Off” times does not change fields' OPEN or CLOSED status
