EPLACEMENT

Warning: With the removal of the Body Board and Power Supply PCBA's from
the base, AC and DC voltages are exposed, use CAUTION when handling these
assemblies.

Caution: 

Always wear an ESD strap when working on the Shaker.

1.

Remove body board and power supply from the base of the Shaker (see 
Chapter 5, Body Board Strain Gauge Amp Adjustment Procedure on page 
5-7).

2.

Disconnect all plug connectors from Body Board.

3.

Remove the four mounting screws and install the new Body Board.

4.

Attach the extender harness.

5.

Apply power to Shaker. Adjust R3 and R7 (see Chapter 5, Body Board 
Strain Gauge Amp Adjustment Procedure on page 5-7).

6.

Verify all settings (see below).

7.

After installing a new body board, the unit must be programmed using the 
instructions in Program setting "F1" on page 9-3 and Clock/Calendar Ini-
tialization on page 9-7.
