Apply power to the Shaker, turn on and observe that Shaker display shows
VER HB01,BB V.92, then <READY>.

7.

Press <*> to cycle shroud assembly and count the cycles for one minute
(cpm). If power supply p/n 10403200 is installed, adjust potentiometer
RV1 on Power Supply Board to obtain 38 cpm ±5 cycles. If PCBA
10403600-XX, Revision A or later is installed, RV1 is no longer used. Re-
sistor R6 controls the cpm.

8.

Perform Spring Tension Adjustment procedures (see Chapter 6, Spring
Tension Adjustment on page 6-5) and Body Board Strain Gage Amp cali-
bration procedures (see Chapter 5, Body Board Strain Gauge Amp Adjust-
ment Procedure on page 5-7).

9.

Verify software settings (see Chapter 9, Program setting "F1" on page 9-3).

10.

Disconnect extension harness and reinstall PCB Chassis Assembly and
base plate.

Warning: Ensure base plate ground wire is attached to base plate.
