Tighten the HV sets professionally as follows:

Prerequisite:The HV set is new

Prerequisite:The HV set shows no corrosion or storage damages

Prerequisite:The HV set has not been lubricated by the installer

Check HV screw, HV nut and HV washer for identical manufacturer
(observe stamp)

If there are deviations:

Unify the HV set

2.2

Repeat process from step 1

Mount HV washer on HV screw
(observe correct position of chamfer)

Install HV screw

Mount HV washer on HV screw
(observe correct position of chamfer)

Install HV nut
(stamp visible from outside)

Thread projection > check 1x thread

If there are deviations:

Use correct HV set

8.2

Repeat process from step 1

Tighten HV nut to initial torque by means of a torque wrench

Repeat process for all HV sets of the connection from step 1

Tighten HV nut to tightening torque by means of a torque wrench

Repeat process for all HV sets of the connection from step 1

The HV sets have been tightened correctly.
