Adjust the rollers as follows:

Prerequisite:The wiper and lubrication units have been removed

Switch off the system and padlock it to secure it against being switched
on again

Slightly loosen the screws

Move right rollers in the direction of the arrow; check the parallelism be-
tween the carriage and axis
(Tolerance: max. 0.05 mm)

Move left rollers towards the guideway

Tighten the screws
(block the rollers by means of a pin-type face wrench)

Check setting:
The roller touches the guideway. The roller can still be turned by hand
when a lot of force is applied

If there are deviations: Repeat process from step 2

Install the wiper and lubrication unit

The rollers have been set.

Final tasks

Perform the following final tasks:

If screwed reinforcing ribs are not reassembled after disassembly, the carriage
is not stable enough. This can lead to axes or workpieces falling. Falling axes
