Replace the bronze wipers

In welding applications, bronze scrapers are used. The bronze wiper is located
on the carriage near the rollers. It needs to be replaced as soon as it no
longer properly cleans the guideway.

Replace the bronze wipers as follows:

1

Switch off the system and padlock it to secure it against being switched
on again

2

Remove the screw

3

Remove the bronze wipers

4

Replace the bronze wipers

5

To install the bronze wipers, reverse the disassembly steps

6

Measure the distance to the guide with a feeler gauge on both sides

7

Distance uneven:
Repeat process from step 2

The bronze wipers have been replaced.
