Replace the lubricating pinion as follows:

Switch off the system and padlock it to secure it against being switched
on again

Remove the line of the automatic lubrication if necessary

Remove the entire lubricating pinion unit

Only for oil lubrication:
Submerge the new lubricating pinion in the lubricant for several minutes

Replace the gasket if necessary

To install the entire lubricating pinion unit, reverse the removal steps

Only for manual lubrication:
Lubricate the lubricating pinions until the new lubricant flows out at the
lubricating pinion

Only for automatic lubrication:

Start lubrication procedure until the new lubricant flows out at the
lubricating pinion
(See separate manual on automatic lubrication)

The lubricating pinion has been replaced.

Replacing the wiper and lubrication unit

The wiper and lubrication unit is supplied as piece parts.

NOTE

Destroyed cover

Covers are designed for one-off installation. Snap off the latching elements
when removing the cover. The cover must be replaced.

• Replace the wiper and lubrication unit in accordance with the instructions

• Do not remove the cover
