after switch-on
The power supply is not
connected properly or not
switched on.
Switch on the system.
Check the power supply.
The ribbon cable between
operator panel and main
board has not been
plugged in.
Check whether the ribbon
cable is plugged in.
The fuse of the main
board or the power unit is
defective.
Check the fuse.
The device is leaking
An O-ring at one of the
connection plugs of the
measuring chamber is
missing.
Check O-rings at the
measuring chamber.
The water pressure is out
of spec.
Check water pressure and
install pressure reducer, if
necessary.
One of the connection
plugs is not mounted
properly.
Check that the connection
plug is firmly seated.
The connection plug is
defective.
Check whether the seal seats
of the O-rings show
mechanical damage.
The analysis does not start
The indicator has been
used up or the indicator
counter has not been
reset after the
replacement of the bottle.
Check the filling level of the
indicator bottle.
The input contact prevents
analysis in flow controller
mode.
Check whether the system is
locked via an external input.
