Rotary Mulcher RM 232

Dismounting the tool

Dismounting is carried out like mounting - except in reverse order.

When replacing work tools, check the hydraulic system for residual

pressure, if any. Residual pressure is reduced to zero (0) before disconnection of hydraulic
hoses

Side guardings

Side panels must always be mounted with three bolts for horizontal use.

Dismounting the side guardings

The three bolts and side panel are removed. Have tool and dismounted side panel with
you in the vehicle so it is available for remounting.

Never use the machine without side guarding(s) when the tool has an

inclination of more than 30 degrees relative to the vertical. For vertical position use, only
the lower side panel must be removed.

Adjusting the cutting angle

The four bolts are loosened and the rotary
mulcher is tipped.

An adjustment is made so that the rotary
mulcher is parallel to the traffic direction.

When mounting on, for example, a digging
machine, you can advantegeously drive with the
arm pointing slightly forward in the traffic
direction.

This gives a better view for the user. In order for the rotary mulcher to run parallel to the
traffic direction, the cutting angle must be adjusted.

This is done by:

•

Loosening the four bolts on the adapter

•

Turning the tool so that the frame is parallel to the traffic direction of the vehicle.

•

Secure all four bolts
