Repair

Replace Fans

Shutdown system to avoid electric shock. To avoid

burns, do not perform maintenance on the fan until

the system has reached ambient temperature.

Replace Motor Fan

1. Perform

Shutdown, page 49

2. Remove two screws (299) and front plate (289).
3. Remove three screws (299) from back plate

(290).

4. Refer to

Electrical Schematics, page 134

Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity

across circuit breaker CB03 (left to right). If

no continuity, trip breaker, reset, and retest.

If still no continuity, replace breaker. See

Repair Circuit Breaker Module, page 62

5. Remove bolts (251) and fan (212).
6. Install new fan (212) in reverser order.
