Installation

The

BetaCell 241

machine is assembled on a heavy-duty steel frame that accepts all the major operating

components. The machine will arrive from the factory pre-assembled, completely tested and ready for installation.
It will be required to set the unit in place, provide electric service to the main electric panel, the air supply, service
the hydraulic and buffer tanks, and connect the hoses and gun.

Prior to installing the machine, check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If any damage is
found, please notify GUSMER immediately.

The machine is to be installed on a flat surface in an area that permits 360-degree access for maintenance and
operation.

The metering unit was plumbed, wired and tested at the factory. For transporting purposes, the unit was drained of
all fluids and the chemical hoses were detached.

Every attempt has been made to prevent the accidental connection of chemical hoses to the wrong source. The Pre-
polymer pressure hose is color coded green for pressure and green/white for return. The Curative pressure hose is
color-coded yellow for pressure and yellow/white for return.

We recommend the metering unit be installed and commissioned by one of our factory-trained technicians. This
guarantees the correct installation.
