Manual Unloading Valve

IMPORTANT

Any leakage across this valve at high pressure will cause the hydraulic
temperature to rise dramatically; therefore, this valve must be fully closed
at all times during normal operation.

Directional Valve

Operation

Operation is automatic; however, for setup and maintenance, the valve can
be operated manually by pressing in on the solenoid plunger.

To maintain the maximum performance of the gun, the directional valve
and accumulator should be located as close to the gun as practical.
Beyond 50 feet, an optional remote manifold is recommended for high
production operation.
