Kettle Does Not Heat
A.
Equipment selections
turned off
A.
The Kettle Heat, Stir Motor, and Filter
System MUST BE ON to pop corn.
If any of
these features are turned off during a cooking
cycle, the kettle heat is shut off.

Heating Element
B.
Heating element in the kettle may be burned
out. Check with a qualified service person for
inspection/repair.
Oil Pump Does Not Deliver
Oil to Kettle
A.
Oil Master Switch
A.
Check to make sure Oil Master Switch is ON.
B.
Pump is not operating
B.
Check to make sure the power cord from the
popper is FIRMLY plugged into the oil unit. If
unit is plugged in, but not operating, the pump
may need to be replaced. Check with qualified
service personnel.

Mini Circuit Breaker(s) on
popper tripped
C.
Check the Mini Circuit Breaker(s); if reset,
then trips again, the unit must be inspected/
repaired by qualified service personnel.
D.
Pump Fuse
D.
The Dispense Oil indictor on the control panel
of the popper will NOT light up if the oil
dispense unit fuse is blown. Check the 1 AMP
Fuse located on the control box of the oil
dispense unit and replace if needed. If
replaced and blows again, have a qualified
service person inspect/repair the unit.

Pump is operating, but oil
is not dispensed.
E.
Check that the oil has not solidified in the
lines. Check for air leaks into the oil line; be
sure the filter in the line is not loose. Check to
make sure oil supply is not low.

Timer

On the Dispense Oil Cook Screen, if oil is not
dispensed when you press OK, then control
board may be set to manual (have qualified
service personnel reference the Factory
Equipment Configurations section in the
Maintenance section.
If wrong oil amount is dispensed, oil pump
calibration may need to be reconfigured,
reference Navigating the Touch Screen Control
section N7.2 Oil Pump Calibration.
If popper still dispenses wrong amount, have a
qualified service person inspect the control
board.
Long Popping Cycles
(Longer than 4 minutes for
Salt Popcorn)

Heating Element
A.
One of the heating elements in the kettle may
be burned out. This would result in the kettle
never reaching the proper operating
temperature. Check with a qualified service
person for inspection/repair.
B.
Low Voltage
B.
If unit is operated on low voltage, kettle may
not reach proper operating temperature.
Check with a qualified electrician.
