Oil Pump 

Cal.

 

 

 

Oil Pump Calibration

  

Sets the oil volume dispensed in 10 seconds of pump run time. The oil pump must be calibrated to 
ensure accurate oil volume is dispensed. After initial configuration, the unit should not need 
recalibration for normal use.  

Bag-In-A-Box - Oil Pump Calibration: 

For ANY calibration issues 

(ex: ERROR or caught in a loop), turn unit OFF/ON and restart calibration. 

Allow kettle to cool completely prior to taking volume measurements.  

1.

 

Hold a cup under oil delivery tube  
in popper.  

2.

 

Press OK to confirm cup is in place. 

  
 
 

3.

 

Press OK to dispense oil.  

(Oil dispenses for 10 seconds,  
continue holding cup for 1 minute  
to catch drips)

 

Note:

 If oil does not flow steadily  

the first time, repeat the  
process to ensure oil pump is  

primed to provide an accurate  
measurement.

Compare oil measurement to  
volume displayed. 

5.

 

If correct amount is shown:

  

Press OK; then 

RESTART

 unit. 

If needed, adjust the oil volume  
shown, 

then Press OK and 

RESTART

 unit.
